When I returned to Thieves Bay yesterday I saw the buoy with the Canadian flag, along with another buoy about one cable away to the south. Perhaps this could serve a a finish line going forward?

There is a buoy with a Canadian flag on it just outside Thieves Bay if racers want to use it until the Shingle Bay one is replaced.
