Channel Island Return
A light day, wind wise, which made it difficult for the fleet to overcome an ebbing tide to the first Time Point. However, Daisy 3 was just up to the challenge being the only boat to place in the race. This gave her just enough points to overtake Gadgets in the season's standing to take over 5th place. The new order is Velero, Whiteshell II, Carib, Gazelle, Daisy 3, Gadgets and Kermit.
The next race is a trophy race, so register early and let's hope for a good sailing day.
